Assigning an End Customer or Channel Partner
FlexNet Operations 2014
When you create a new device or edit an existing device, you can assign either an end customer or a channel partner as the device’s owner. See About Organizations for more information about customer and partner organizations.
To assign an end customer or channel partner to a device

On the Create a Device or Create a Server page, click Add Channel Partner (to assign ownership to a partner organization) or click Edit under End Customer (to specify a customer). FlexNet Operations opens the Channel Partner page in a popup window. |

On the Channel Partner page, select a Distribution Tier Type for the customer (End Customer) or partner (typically, Distributor). |

3.
|
Under Organizations, select the organization. Click Next. |

4.
|
Under Contacts, select a contact to assign to the device. |
