FlexNet Operations 2014
This page lists the license technologies registered with FlexNet Operations that can be used to create license generator configurations, linked with license models, and associated with products/suites.
To view the details of a license technology:
| • | Click its name from the technologies listed. |
To change the state of a license technology:
| 1. | Check the box next to its name. |
| 2. | Click Change State. |
| 3. | Select a state (Draft or Deploy from the Change State drop-down box). |
Note: A license technology is created in draft state. After it has been deployed, you can continue to add license generator configurations. However, these generator configurations cannot be edited once they are used to create a (non-test) entitlement. (See Creating an Entitlement .)
To delete a license technology:
| • | Check the box next to its name and click Delete. A license technology can only be deleted in draft state, and if there are no license generator configurations, products, suites, or license models (including those in draft state) linked to the technology. |
Once a license technology is deleted, all custom attributes associated with it are also deleted. You cannot delete the FlexNet Publisher Licensing Toolkit technology.
