FlexNet Operations 2014
Organizations and sub-organizations are displayed in the Organizations page. Users assigned roles with the View Organizations or View and Manage Organizations permission can browse organizations in the Administrative Console.
You can also view an organization hierarchy, viewing the parent organization and any sub-organizations associated with it.
The Manage Organizations page shows the following information:
| • | Organization Name: Unique identifier of the organization |
| • | Display Name: User-friendly name of the organization |
| • | Description, City, State, Country: If included in the organization settings, these columns are also populated in the Manage Organizations list. |
To browse existing organizations
| 1. | Click Administer Operations, then Administer Organizations. |
| 2. | Click the tab for the organization type of the organizations you want to see. Choose from |
| • | Publisher |
| • | Customer (default) |
| • | Partner |
| • | Self Registered |
Note: You can also use the search feature to rapidly locate a specific organization, especially when there are several pages of organizations to browse.
| 3. | To view details about any existing organization, click its Organization Name. |
To view any sub-organizations of an organization, click the + icon to expand the tree view in the Manage Organizations list.
